This sexy dakimakura was announced (and produced) by Takumi Makura! The featured character is an original created by the well known moe girl artist Miko Komizu. The character featured is named Sonohara Sayu.
On one side, we can see Sayu's skirt slightly lifted, revealing her blue and white shimapan. Her shoes have fallen off, but her stockings remain on. Her shirt and bra have been lifted as she tries to hide her bare breasts with her hands. She has a very worried, embarrassed look on her face.
